I had such trouble finding out what denominations postage stamps come in that I decided to PUBLISH them, which, God knows, is more than the Royal Mail do.
So, as at the time of posting, postage stamps are available in the following denominations:
- 1p
- 2p
- 4p
- 5p
- 8p
- 10p
- 20p
- 34p
- 38p
- 42p
- 47p
- 50p
- 68p
- £1
- £1.50
- £2
- £3
- £5
I like to provide a service.

I’m amazed this is still coming up!
Sorry, I have no way of finding out now – 8 years later – because I live in California now. I think I called the Royal Mail helpine and asked.

Should anybody else ask, the current range of Royal Mail postage stamps can be found at:

They must have spotted your link and removed the details.
Well, I know there’s quite a lot more denominations than just these, they have LOADS! xD
For instance, just the other day, I bought postage for a return envelope and two of the stamps the guy stuck on it were £2.45 and £3.30… 🙂
I’m sure you’re right. I’m sure they’ve changed the stamps since 2003 as well!
Yes! It’s lunacy that there are 2nd Class stamps at 54p and 1st class at 63p but you cannot buy 9p stamps! H
