This page is for tracking my progress through the One Hundred Push Ups plan, which I started at the end of January 2009. I’m following the full plan as described here. I printed out the PocketMod version, and keep it in my wallet.
Initial test – I’m still less than 40 years old, and I managed 16 pushups before deciding to stop.

* Week 3 Day 1: I could only manage 9 before collapsing, and then another 2 after a few seconds. I literally could not lift myself off the floor. I will check the forum to see what others have said.
